WEEK 12
| the pygmalion. . . ONLINE ![]() CAPTAIN'S LOG: WEEK (12) |
monday - thursday (13) survivors ![]() Sunday's trial was only mere hours ago, but you find yourself faced with a new week on The Pygmalion. When you awaken, you will find that the ship is still in disarray; there is no robot prepared breakfast, nor has any of the damage been repaired. The ship is mostly cast in darkness, with the exception of a few rooms, though light may flicker in and out in some rooms. Without Alice, you are all on your own. The ominous pressure of the Queen Mother still looms, though you no longer feel Her presence. So. That's how it's gonna be, huh? Once the message is finished he looks around the room.
…for anybody who's trying to go back to bed? Sorry, even if he's a little hungover himself he's sticking his fingers in his mouth and blowing a loud whistle. Camp Counselor Team Dad Luke Castellan is on the job.]
Listen up! You guys heard Sunny…we're on our own this week and we still have one monster left. We have a week. What're we gonna do next? We've got a lot of options on the table but there's still thirteen of us left. Let's figure out a plan.
[For the trial, for surviving the week…they need to start talking but…how do you do that when someone among you wants to destroy the entire ship?]

[Miraculously, Jessie needs about five seconds to go from being hungover to sounding determined.]
It's time to buckle up, buttercups, and prepare for trouble!
And we'll need to make it quintuple, quadruple, triple, then double!
[And Jessie rises out of her seat!]
To protect ourselves from devastation!
And to unite us towards a path of salvation!
To denounce the evils that we've all learned of,
We'll have to extend our hands together to the solution above!
Jessie!
[Everyone throw your name in, do it now.]

But he will let out a groggy, half-hearted: ]
Dorian. At least as far as I recall.
no subject
So she's standing up and taking Jessie's hand, bright in a way she almost never is anymore.]
Clover!
[IF SHE CAN DO IT YOU FUCKS HAVE NO EXCUSE]

Who the fuck are all you people. [Then he pauses, reanalyzes the situation, and adjusts his question.] Who the fuck am I.
[yeah someone's going to have to say his name for him he literally can't remember it right now]
no subject
Adrien?
[wait, he doesn't have a right arm. all he did was lift his half-empty sleeve. he looks at it and sighs]
Oh, whatever.
no subject
Yuno...
[ and then there's a tiny little snore as she falls back asleep??? ]

To make the alien surrender, we'll put up our best fight, right?!

She said to get the execution and voting programs running. So, what, working on the power? I think that's pretty important so we can actually get into our rooms and all.
... Sunny?
no subject
I think so. Which means we go back to seeing if there's a reserve of power we can use. The problem with that is will it be opening ourselves back up to the queen? We need to block her out as much as possible.
[But he grins proudly.] I think it's fitting due to her sunny disposition, don't you? [And because she blinded both of them, but whatever.]
no subject
You mean the sun that she uses to examine blood and also shine in our eyes? [ He sounds fond tho. Sunny's great. ]
The queen didn't say anything to me since I didn't engage her. Other than that first part... [ There's a frown. ] I should have pulled you back earlier. Anyway, it might be possible to ignore her. How about I go scout out rooms?
no subject
Do me a favor and don't engage with the queen. That was a bad idea on everybody's part. [He shakes his head though, bumping it into Adam's.] Don't worry about that. It's over. We know how to avoid it for now as long as we don't head into Gaea. Scouting other rooms isn't a bad idea, but you need to take somebody with you. Maybe two somebodies.

Yes, I understand the concept of a fuel source. But if the ship isn't powered from there, where is this emergency fuel source? [He's still assuming it has to be a different magical orb somewhere else, mind.]

We ought to make it as difficult for them as we can. They'll have to try to kill someone whether or not it's easy; may as well try to keep them from putting together a decent mystery.
no subject
I don't know if the groups last time worked so well, but it's a thought. I'm thinking blood tests on Thursday or Friday? So we know if anyone's been infected before the trial.
no subject
That's acceptable. I'd propose random blood tests throughout the week as well. Not everyone, just - enough that it becomes risky to attempt to infect anyone in the first place.
This time, however, we restrain anyone getting tested before we test them.

[this sounds like effort??? Judar just flings an arm over his eyes and groans dramatically.]
Uggggh, I thought we were done with trials! When can we fight the queen, wake me up for that.
no subject
[Seeing as their situation, if this goes on for longer than a week, is pretty much damned if they do, damned if they don't.]
I'll gladly wake you.
