Sunday's trial was only mere hours ago, but you find yourself faced with a new week on The Pygmalion. When you awaken, you will find that the ship is still in disarray; there is no robot prepared breakfast, nor has any of the damage been repaired. The ship is mostly cast in darkness, with the exception of a few rooms, though light may flicker in and out in some rooms. Without Alice, you are all on your own. The ominous pressure of the Queen Mother still looms, though you no longer feel Her presence.

[Considering the circumstances, it may be startling to hear a voice suddenly emerge from the speakers. This isn't Alice's cool tones however, nor the insiduous song of the Queen Mother; rather, this is a deeply sarcastic and irritated woman's voice that only a few on the ship will recognize as familiar.]

--keep me out of own programs, you bitch? Eat fifteen years of post-graduate doctoral work!

[From every statue, a hologram of a woman flows out - not composed of water this time, but of clouds. As she speaks, the clouds continously disperse and fly back together, as if avoiding someone's grasp.]

Listen up, Pygmalion, this is the Nuwa speaking! I don't have much time here before the Queen traces our location, so I'll make this quick. Nice work destroying the fuel reserve - you might be dead in the water, but it'll block off her access to the ship and buy you a little more than a week before the emergency life support runs out or the Queen herself shows up to physically drag you all back to whatever pit she spawned from. That's still a week you can use.

You need to find her last remaining connection to the ship and sever it. Get my drift? Kill the last Souvlaki left. To do that, you'll need to get the execution and voting programs running again - they're the only things that guarantee a clean wipe. You've all seen what one of those things can do even with a corpse, and now you're likely dealing with the worst of them all. River might be dead, but there should still be traces of her left. As for the trial itself, you won't have any power to rely on the usual tech, but I'm sure you're all creative enough to do it by hand.

And the motive...are you listening carefully, you alien bastard? I've set the self-destruct mechanism on the Pygmalion to an automatic trigger. If there's no trial by the end of this week, or if there's too few people left for one, it'll detonate and blow the entire ship into nothing but sub-atomic particles. Try surviving that. And any of you non-infected who might be tempted to kill just to prevent it going off, let me tell you...death would be far, far better than whatever awaits you once the Queen finds you.

[That sure was alarming. Luke sat up immediately the moment he heard Sunny's voice and he's listening carefully…and there's a very slow smile.

So. That's how it's gonna be, huh? Once the message is finished he looks around the room.

…for anybody who's trying to go back to bed? Sorry, even if he's a little hungover himself he's sticking his fingers in his mouth and blowing a loud whistle. Camp Counselor Team Dad Luke Castellan is on the job.]

Listen up! You guys heard Sunny…we're on our own this week and we still have one monster left. We have a week. What're we gonna do next? We've got a lot of options on the table but there's still thirteen of us left. Let's figure out a plan.

[For the trial, for surviving the week…they need to start talking but…how do you do that when someone among you wants to destroy the entire ship?]

[Miraculously, Jessie needs about five seconds to go from being hungover to sounding determined.]

[Dorian is still waking up from where he fell asleep somewhere on the floor under a table, his mustache untidy and hair sticking up at odd angles. Please. Please, it's so early.

But he will let out a groggy, half-hearted: ]

Dorian. At least as far as I recall.

[it's too early? it's too fucking early for this, and everything is horrible and they're going to die and—and Jessie is still so goddamn chipper, bright and loud with determination Clover wishes she could have and admires so much. Clover is at least mildly hungover and miserable and scared, still at least as traumatized as always, but she will not retreat into herself when this is her last chance at vengeance and salvation and anything, she will not prove the queen right when her dear friend is standing up and motto-ing like the end isn't coming for them so soon.

So she's standing up and taking Jessie's hand, bright in a way she almost never is anymore.]

[Judar just lets out a miserable moan from where he's collapsed behind the couch. He cracks open an eye and immediately regrets it - who cares if there's no light in here, it's still too bright.]

Who the fuck are all you people. [Then he pauses, reanalyzes the situation, and adjusts his question.] Who the fuck am I.

[yeah someone's going to have to say his name for him he literally can't remember it right now]

[adrien, morning child that he is, shrugs and lifts his right arm like jessie is taking presence]

[wait, he doesn't have a right arm. all he did was lift his half-empty sleeve. he looks at it and sighs]

[ somewhere on the floor, next to the minibar, she's clutching a bottle of red wine and is surrounded by knives. because of course she is? she doesn't even bother to open her eyes, but with a little groan, she raises a fist into the air. ]

[ and then there's a tiny little snore as she falls back asleep??? ]

[ Adam yawns but he's alright since he didn't drink. Time to get into survival mode. ]

She said to get the execution and voting programs running. So, what, working on the power? I think that's pretty important so we can actually get into our rooms and all.

[In that case Adam probably won't care that Luke's sort of leaning against him because his head hurts but you know. Gotta rally the troops, etc etc.]

I think so. Which means we go back to seeing if there's a reserve of power we can use. The problem with that is will it be opening ourselves back up to the queen? We need to block her out as much as possible.

[But he grins proudly.] I think it's fitting due to her sunny disposition, don't you? [And because she blinded both of them, but whatever.]

[ Every leader needs a support. Adam puts an arm around him and pets at his head. Even though he did this to himself and does not deserve it. ]

You mean the sun that she uses to examine blood and also shine in our eyes? [ He sounds fond tho. Sunny's great. ]

The queen didn't say anything to me since I didn't engage her. Other than that first part... [ There's a frown. ] I should have pulled you back earlier. Anyway, it might be possible to ignore her. How about I go scout out rooms?

I thought the power is what we destroyed yesterday.

[Trying vainly to straight out his mustache has he speaks. His wax is all back in his room along with his kohl; what a disaster.]

We ought to make it as difficult for them as we can. They'll have to try to kill someone whether or not it's easy; may as well try to keep them from putting together a decent mystery.

[dorian.... adrien feels so bad for his technology-riddled life] We'd be dead if we'd destroyed the power. What we broke was the fuel reserve. [how to word this in a way that ye olde mage gets it. hmm.] Um, think of it like using up your magic. You're tired and weak, but you're alive, right? You just can't do a specific thing. In the ship's case, it can no longer move. We have the emergency life supply power on right now, so if someone can redirect some of that to the set up for a trial... It's not ideal, but I think it's possible if... Sunny said we can.

[Making a face. This explanation is worse than using terms he doesn't understand he's not a child!! He's a very smart man who happens to be from medieval times!!!]

Yes, I understand the concept of a fuel source. But if the ship isn't powered from there, where is this emergency fuel source? [He's still assuming it has to be a different magical orb somewhere else, mind.]

I have no idea. The ship using a different power supply for life support and fuel makes sense, but how to redirect it and where it would actually be is ... way out of my field of expertise.

I don't know if the groups last time worked so well, but it's a thought. I'm thinking blood tests on Thursday or Friday? So we know if anyone's been infected before the trial.

[On Monday night, once enough people feel like human beings once again, a certain event will be taking place. Should anyone be on the middle deck at this point of the evening, they'll hear a loud, metallic sound coming from the hallways. The closer you are to the elevator shaft, the more ear shattering the noise becomes. And should you be brave enough to venture outside of whatever room you're currently in to investigate this, you'll find—
