As usual, it refuses to stop until you exit your room. The atmosphere seems to change as soon as you open your door, as if you have been left out of something cataclysmic; you feel compelled to explore. [Well that confirms the dual body announcements, Frankenstein's just going to furrow his brow at Dorian's explanation and fish out his medical gloves from his pocket, already beginning to walk in the direction that he came from.]
