monday - thursday (31) survivors Sunday's trial was only mere hours ago, but you find yourself faced with a new week on The Pygmalion. Er, no, because I was the first person she happened to come across. She wasn't particularly picky, just lonely, as they typically are.

They haven't for quite some time, to my knowledge. There are under ten of them left if I'm recalling correctly. They live very long and few are willing to fight them, however.

I can guess why. You'd think something that tough would be a bit smarter, though.

Oh, she was incredibly clever until the end. It was rather frustrating.

No, no, I meant as a species. I'm sure the one who got you was clever enough, to keep you there for weeks!

Placing a boulder that weighed several tons in the mouth of the cave was rather foolproof, that much is true.

Well, clever or not, I imagine they won't be around for a great deal longer. It will be a relief.

Oh, well... She left at one point to go hunting, and when she returned she moved it to gain entry. I ran when she pulled it away from the entrance.

No, that was later. I left, and that was that, but she was more determined than I anticipated. She followed me and found me while I was in the midst of another battle, which was rather inconvenient, and I knew that if she took me back it was unlikely that I would leave.

I didn't decapitate her, though, only stabbed her in the neck. I doubt my sword would have been able to cut her entire head off, she was rather large.

... She kidnapped you and then stalked you? I know you said dragons were lonely, but that's incredibly clingy for something that you said wasn't picky.

Stabbed her in the leg on my way out. She would not have let that rest.

...That explains that. [he thinks about it for a second and can't help but ask:] Did she see you leave and that's why you had to stab her?

Well, no, not precisely. You see, when she moved the boulder she was right outside of the opening of the cave. I had to delay her enough that I could actually move past her... I did not realize she would follow after me.

You didn't think she'd be mad after that?

[bloodbiter]

No, I knew she would be angry.

[sighs]

All the same, if I was awful and kidnapped someone, then continually underestimated them until they escaped and stabbed me while leaving... I might also consider that I misjudged them and they would injure me further if I tried to retrieve them.
