WEEK 6
| the pygmalion. . . ONLINE ![]() CAPTAIN'S LOG: WEEK (6) |
monday - thursday (31) survivors ![]() Sunday's trial was only mere hours ago, but you find yourself faced with a new week on The Pygmalion. When you awaken, you will find the ship restored to its previous state, all areas interfered with during the murder looking mostly the same as they did before. Along with this, it appears there are new areas opened on the ship. It seems you have more exploring to do. The robot in the cafeteria has prepared another breakfast of various foods. [adrien start explaining yourself u sound fishy]

I've tried. Doesn't work on an area that's not actively unlocked to us, no. Not yet, anyway. What exactly are you getting at?

This have to do with the whole good luck bad luck thing? [Breaking things sounds like bad luck, and it's not-quite asking if it's suit-related or something else.] Why not just test it on something like one of the lockers in the gym? That shouldn't have a huge effect on anything. [A pause.] You're sure it's limited?
no subject
Yeah. The luck is just... an easier way to say it. I'm destruction and she's creation. [it sounds less terrible when he says bad luck, basically.] Testing it on something small isn't a bad idea, but I didn't really want to make a spectacle of it, and if I don't explain how something ended up broken like that, people might ... panic. [people go nuts over the slightest detail here. he shrugs helplessly] I don't know about the capacity of it, but I know I could only do it once a day.

[he's considering it, tho, wondering what the light show would look like in the middle of the night]

And-- what are we doing all of this for, exactly? I know I said I hadn't tested it, but.

Because we don't know how long we're going to be stuck playing this game, and I'm thinking it's better that you test that now than get stuck in a situation where you wished you knew how it'd work. [It wouldn't be such a serious manner if he himself hadn't been thrown into shitty situations and left to make up as he went. Thanks, nightmare motive, for the reminder.] Unless you want it to be a surprise to you and everyone else. Guess it was just a thought since you're the one who brought it up.

Consider it at least. Let me know what you decide. [A shrug.] Or not, up to you. […please tell him, it'll give him something else to think about other than how much he wants to beat his head into the spaceship wall.]
no subject
[yes. that is the explanation he's going with. listen it's not even a lie so... he doesn't even sound like he's lying.]
I'll... need to ask Marinette if she thinks it's a good idea, but I'm pretty sure she'll be onboard. [since she wanted him to try it on a door in the first few weeks. he smiles at Luke] I'll let you know either way. It might be good for someone else than us to know the results.
[and he... picked luke to be that person, okay adrien, that's. that is a choice.]
no subject
[He blinks in surprise, if only because he didn't actually think that'd work. Fastforward to weeks later when Adrien might regret that choice. Ah well.] Couldn't hurt though. Not like I have anybody else to tell anyway.
no subject
Even if you did, it's fine. I trust you.
[adrien. no]

Don't you kinda trust everybody...?
