[he shifts a little awkwardly, usually he wouldn't care about cranky--he'd had a lifetime of irritating his brothers for kicks--but this week in particular... Well. This week in particular, he didn't want to go back to drifting on his own, either. So he sits down next to Arumat anyway, this is it, companionship is happening]

I'm kinda surprised you aren't just powering through it, punching feelings in the face or whatever. It would make sense to get your sleeping in early, before things get even worse.

Indeed, he has been putting off sleep due to constant nightmares...he has enough of them already, just not usually every time he tries to sleep. No thanks.

{ He releases a soft sigh, closing his eyes for a bit as Todomatsu was probably panicking over what can be perceived as a blunder. But, for whatever reason... or probably because of how ridiculous is (and their situation), it manages to make him almost want to laugh. }
Yet, the thought is appreciated.

{ Arumat releases another soft breath as his voice seems to echo with a semblance of exhaustion and he's thinking about answering the question seriously and not just dodging it like he always does whenever someone asks (ha ha ha). Although, because he's nearby someone he actually likes, he's not tense, and it makes him relax enough that he legitimately begins to nod off. }

here is the question: if Arumat really is so tired that he's crashing out in public, is it better to let him do it since he obviously needs the rest? Or is it better to be the distraction this city needs and keep prodding him awake until he passes out later at a potentially worse time and venue? What if it were the lounge, someone would definitely draw dicks on his face and he'd definitely be pissed about it! Granted, given the opportunity, Totty would probably draw dicks on his face. But no, what if Arumat didn't get funny-mad but actual mad, that would be awful! Plus he doesn't have anything to draw with. ...Ugh, why is doing the 'right' thing so hard!
...After hemming and hawing for a bit, Totty gives a ginger, very light pat to Arumat's shoulder. Okay, that was a start!]
