friday (?) survivors Friday, and the paranoia that comes with it, inches up your spine like a scorpion searching for prey. The circles around your eyes are as black as space itself, and it's difficult to remember how much sleep you have gotten in the last 72 hours. No alarm comes today. Perhaps you are unsure if that is a blessing or a curse. You feel too wary to leave your room, but you know you will have to eventually. You can only stay here for 12 hours. But you become conscious of your vulnerability, more aware of your blindspots. It becomes difficult to move, paralyzing, taxing on your mind to interact with the physical world — you would rather retreat into your thoughts. Is it brown dirt or is it white ash? She lifts it to Arumat as if to confirm. ]

[ She can't say it, her nose twitching and eyes darty as the mess falls from her fingertips. ]

[The rest of the group can deal with the ash and dust and who knows what else - Frankenstein can't really be detracted from his mission to take Machias away. He'll listen in closer to try to gather what Machias might be saying, but he doesn't slow his pace in his determination to make it to the medical bay. At least his speed is still fairly superhuman.]

[ Machias stirs a bit, trying to open his eyes. It's a struggle even with the dim lighting it all feels so bright and everything is blurred and indistinct. There's a pregnant silence, Frankenstein's words slipping past him as he tries to string together something with his mouth that resembles a word. A single word. ]

Wh...[ He trails off, struggling to keep his eyes open. ] Where... What--

[ That's two words?! That's all he manages before he falls silent, eyes slumping shut. ]

Regardless with that, Frankenstein is now going to bring Machias straight to the medical bay and lay him down on the table, turning on the diagnostic machine immediately before grabbing all the machinery necessary to run an IV drip into his system to replenish his lost nutrients and strength.]

They were obviously trying to hide something. A piece of clothing or cloth -- something incriminating.
