Friday, and the paranoia that comes with it, inches up your spine like a scorpion searching for prey. The circles around your eyes are as black as space itself, and it's difficult to remember how much sleep you have gotten in the last 72 hours. No alarm comes today. Perhaps you are unsure if that is a blessing or a curse. You feel too wary to leave your room, but you know you will have to eventually. You can only stay here for 12 hours. But you become conscious of your vulnerability, more aware of your blindspots. It becomes difficult to move, paralyzing, taxing on your mind to interact with the physical world — you would rather retreat into your thoughts.

Tentatively, you leave your safe haven.

Good morning. Robots get angry? [ He probably comes out from behind a corner or something, but he has his usual friendly smile on at least!]

[ Kazuma moves fast, really fast and it almost looks impressive-- until he slips on the newly coffee decorated floor and falls flat on his butt.]

[Kazuma takes the hand gratefully and with a small smile, standing up and brushing off his clothes.]

[adrien can't judge out loud because everyone has probably seen him grab cheese more often than is humanly recommended but he is judging inside, where it counts. also what dead body this is brunch fuck you]

Maybe what happened earlier this week was enough to put people off...

[If they're in the kitchen making food, one of them may notice that a bottle of cooking oil is completely empty. There's also a match missing from one of the matchbooks.]

[ They are indeed in the kitchen because presumably Adrien and Todomatsu want to eat more than just one thing the entire time. Kazuma isn't too familiar with what's normally in here, but he's aware enough to notice something is off (thx paranoia week).]

[it's paranoia week so adrien's first thought is "oh my god did someone cook a person" ... no j/k who would think of that first. but he is worried about a dead body more than his Usual Optimism would let him be, so he's going to look around the kitchen more!!! scrutinize that kitchen and find nothing!!!]

Is there anything else missing? Can you see? Maybe someone just... cooked something.
