friday (?) survivors Friday comes again, but this time it's much more gentle. There are no songs ousting you from your rooms, no — instead, you are allowed to sleep however long you would like as long as it does not breach any rules. If you attempt to open your datapad, however, you will be greeted with a video and accompanying music, of a different sort of persuasion from the music played previously — this one is not a jangly easy listening style tune, but rather a haunting and dreamlike elegy. Turning off your datapad will make the video disappear, but restarting the datapad will only bring the video back up again. Despite this, nothing out of the ordinary seems to occur. You have lunch, wander the garden, and have a drink with the companions you have made in the past two weeks. Soon, mid-afternoon comes. ENTER COMMAND_

[ pops into the office to grab and scold dave for GIVING HER A GODDAMN HEART ATTACK, and goes to look for death elsewhere.

they will head from the offices to the garden to see if anyone is buried in a shallow grave. ]

[ Thankfully, there's no screams coming from the garden. Everything looks in tact. Will they split up or cling to each other's arms as they tentatively (or brashly, considering these two) explore? ]

Damn straight you won't. I figured it was Machias continuing to feel the pain of his beloved whiteboard being soiled, but this is more jacked up.

[ well there's that at least, is there no sign of Brutal Death when entering? ]

So which one of you am I supposed to be chaperoning here? The least problematic one, preferably.

[ To the left appears to be some patches of flowers.

To the right, near the back, is the shed with all the gardening tools.

Down the middle (if Fumi so chooses to walk the unbidden path) is the tree with the bench under it. ]

I'd say go middle, or chaperone Dave since he's a lil shit.

[ and off to see the flowers. are they pretty flowers. do any of them look like someone died on them. ]

Rude. But yeah, you can come towards the shed with me or ditch us both?

[ the path is Yours To Choose, Fumi. dave will start meandering towards the shed to like. open it and shit i guess. ]

We might as well cover the whole thing.

[ So middle path it is! A bench under a tree would be a nice place to chill if you were dying, right? ]

[ The flowers are very pretty. But boring.

The middle path is pretty serene too, but unremarkable.

The shed creaks open when Dave opens it, but it seems pretty normal. No screams or blood, at least. Maybe his mom and chaperone should come help him look around. ]

[ bye boring flowers, at least your innocence is intact. picks one for dave and one for fumi to give them bc she's nice like that.

roxy will cut through fumi's unremarkable path toward dave's shed. ]

Nothin' but some pretty flowery nonsense at my end.

[ dicks around outside the shed waiting for the girls tbh because he spots roxy cutting through fumi's path. look he's behaving ma ]

[ Please no one ever gives her flowers?? But she'll join Roxy on the trek to Dave's shed, and-- legit just head on in. ]

Considering one of the tools went missing, that's one hint.

[ There's an alcove in the corner with large tools like the wheelbarrow and the lawnmower and a shelf where the smaller tools are. ]

[ hands them each a flower anyway, deal with it fumi. you're pretty it can't be helped. and dave's is for behaving clearly. ]

I hope no one used it for anything, still. Hell, let's see if anyone put it back yet.

[ goes to the smaller tools to see if the weeding thing is back yet or still missing. or if any more tools have vanished. ]

[ moseys on towards the alcove but is probably following fumi here since she entered ahead of him.

also puts his flower behind his left ear? ]

[ oh what the hell, she'll tuck it behind her right ear. And it's okay Dave, she was heading for the alcove anyway! Not that she thinks anyone used a lawnmower for murder, but she likes to be thorough. ]

[ Roxy won't find a weeding scythe, sadly. What she will find is a pack of nitrile gloves opened. Were they opened before?

Dave, Fumi, and their flowers don't find anything on the other side. No one got lawn mowered today. ]

[ probably not, because we're all slobs who don't wear gloves. is there anyway to tell if any are missing and how many? ]

[ The box notes that there's twelve pairs in the box.

If she goes through all the trouble of dumping them all out and counting them, she'll notice there's twenty-two individual gloves. Uh.. how many pairs is that? ]

[ of course she will, that's what detectives do gosh. and that's 11 pairs, so... ]

There's a pair of gloves missin'. And the weedy thing is still gone.

... Well. That could be incriminating.
