the pygmalion. . . ONLINE ![]() CAPTAIN'S LOG: WEEK (13) |
saturday (10) survivors ![]() Something is different. You can feel it in the air: an ominous presence that weighs down the ship like it's underwater. Try as you might, you can't escape the feeling that you're being watched, the sensation of someone just out of view tailing you. Tensions are high, and paranoia grows with it. You feel it more than see it, and that's what warps your perception of the ship. Is it darker? Are the lights dimming? Who is it that calls out to you? Why is it so cold? Who can you trust? The distinct sensation of not knowing who your back is to wraps around you. There is one thing you can trust in, however; though you feel exposed, you are not alone. Mother is here for you. taken list profiles private conversations setting rulebook ENTER COMMAND_ |

Machias, on the other hand, comes up behind her as she's fighting. He switches the bomb on - you only have a few seconds.]

she runs towards him, cutting only enough to remove the straps - that's her first instinct. once it's free, she grabs it and runs to the door, tossing it out down the stairway. she has no idea how to disable a bomb.]

Oh, but what have we here - one more corpse coming for her. It's Adelina herself, her legs burnt, her dress wreathed in flame, charging at her with a sword.]
no subject
her double's dress is aflame. her legs might be a good place to target. she waits until she gets closer to act, still calculating.]

Meanwhile, Gereon Alexius has been killed by an axe, but the fight isn't over - Dorian strikes with chain lightning, electricity bouncing across the field. Adelina may note that he seems to still be drawing energy, somehow - the red glowing thing in his chest is bright, though flickering, just as the four crystals in each corner of the room are flickering.]

she puts those two facts together fairly quickly. while trying to dodge the lightning strikes as best she can, she rushes towards one of the crystals, aiming a hard blow at it with her sword.]

He casts fire mines around Adelina; one misstep as she's running, and they'll explode out from under her.]
Stop that! You mustn't touch those!

We need to help you. This isn't you.
no subject
No, I don't want - don't make me. I can't - I can't -
[He doesn't seem to know what he's saying; he seems too confused and disoriented to know who she is or why she's there.]

[Pressing his hands tighter against the wound.]
I'm not sure it can be healed.
