[Jason is asking to get stabbed with a bunch of tentacles with spikes, tbh!!!!! Which he does. YOU DIDN'T NEED THAT ENTIRE SHOULDER AREA, RIGHT?]

[of course this becomes a problem when Luke decides to play take the arm off the alien, which a) ow, b) OW? c) rude? it doesn't dismember it-- it will take a lot more hacking than that, though it's definitely bleeding (is that even blood? don't question it). unfortunately unlike Adrien the alien has two arms. ... sort of. One is mostly a weird flesh blade stuck in Jason's shoulder. The other one is not taking this bullshit, and he doesn't need to remove his arm from Jason to turn around and stab Luke in the shoulder. (mirrored from Jason because he is all about that aesthetic) That one he removes as quick as he stabs in, because apparently torture is only a Jason Todd adventure.]

[ There are very few reasons Adam would ever involve himself in a fight. His entire life has been built on self-preservation and this? Has just been watching people willingly get themselves skewered. Souvlaki'd, if you will. Jason goes to help Luke and that'll probably do something—but then the lightsaber is by his feet and it's clear things are starting to get dire.

He understands the purpose is to keep it away from the alien, but like hell he's not going to pick it up, figure out how it works, and then he looks up and sees Luke being an idiot and drawing attention to himself.

The stab to Luke's shoulder is what get him moving without him realizing it. He's good at avoiding being noticed and that's exactly what he does, keeping the lightsaber off and by his side as he sneaks around while the alien is distracted. He makes it to his back and wastes no time in grabbing his weeding scythe and stabbing it with full force into the alien's lower back, wherever he's not ripped in half anyway. He doesn't need it anymore, so keep it.

Then with whatever distraction that creates, he activates the lightsaber and swings it down against the shoulder of the arm that Luke had been attempting to dismember. ]

[He doesn't expect the weeding scythe-- doesn't expect Adam to try anything at all, really, he is a non-entity as far as the alien is concerned-- but it turns out non-entities can still absolutely ram a weeding scythe in his back.

It hurts, and the shock and anger of it is enough to make him twist around in inhuman speed to find his assailant, finally letting Jason go long enough to save his arm from being lightsaber'd off because i used it to kill marinette, though it still singes it as it passes by him. The look on his face is nothing but grotesque anger, and all of it is now directed at Adam.]

That wasn't a good choice.

[with lightning speed, he uses a tentacle to wrench the scythe out of his own back and lovingly gift it back to Adam via stabbing him in the thigh with all his considerable strength. AT LEAST LUKE AND JASON ARE CLEAR FOR NOW??]

[This isn't helpful for literally anyone because Luke, for as dumb about the world as he can be, is a demigod. He's a fighter, he's a warrior, he's battle-ready and running on pure adrenaline and if he'd thought he was angry when the alien stabbed Jason, he's livid the moment the scythe burrows into Adam's leg.

He stares at the stab wound in his own shoulder for a moment, belatedly thinking about how the red looks different than the red of the Coca-Cola shirt and how much it hurts before his brain redirects him. Think about it later. There isn't time for that. With Jason free he uses his damaged arm to weakly push at him to get him to move. They have to retreat and he can see that Grell's ready to jump into the fray and take over.]

Man, where do you think you are? [What the fuck is a good choice???? This is said to the alien though he's looking at Adam and the blade, taking a breath and closing his eyes. When he opens them, he's staring directly at Adam.]

I'm sorry for this. [And he moves, pulling the scythe out of Adam's leg to fling around and throw directly at the alien's head. Maybe he'll nail a tentacle, who knows? He's more focused on getting his team out of there than anything else.]

Get going. [This is said to both Adam and Jason, knowing that they're both also incredibly stubborn and will figure out a way to get out of the way. In the meantime, he's letting the scythe do its thing and he's using his dominant hand to stab at the alien's side again where he can reach. Or he'll try, at least. He's doing what he can to buy time for the other two.]
