[Go nuts, shitchildren. Thread with each other, yell at Luke and Jason, whatever.]

[As promised, Luke will be the first victim and he's lifting both eyebrows to the rest of the group. There's a huge pile of lollipops that they procured from somewhere along with various bottles of juice and some other things on a counter nearby and he's already rolling up his sleeve.]

This probably won't be so bad, right?

[ Adam is going after Luke because trust or something but. Still looking suspiciously at Jack. ]

Are you sure about this?

[There's a short smile.] Nah, not entirely. [It's only said low enough for Adam to hear though.] But it's the best option we've got right now isn't it? This way we can keep track of everybody, too.

[ Yeah, he figured. Luke is right though. ]

Nothing else we can do at this point. [ It's Saturday but they're not in trial, which is something. ] Think we're about to die?

I really don't know. [It's an honest answer and though he doesn't want to accept that, it's true.] We could very well be on our way to being purged completely or murdered if we don't figure this thing out. Ever think we'd go out like this?

No. [ There's a wry smile. Clearly not happy. ] I kind of hoped it'd be a surprise. Not walking into our own slow demise.

Would you want time for goodbyes?

Of course I would. I didn't get a lot of time the first time so...I'd wanna do it better. Maybe get back to my room, hand out those letters. Stuff like that. Wouldn't you?

[Judar only came down here because he's super bored of being stuck in a group and this seemed interesting, but now he's taking a step back.]

Uh...no. This sounds super suspicious. The fuck do you need my blood for, how the hell is that gonna prove who's an alien and who's not?

Jack's got a test set up in the back. How is this more suspicious than half of the other stuff we do around here?

Because he's the alien hunter? Who else would you give the blood to to test for alien parasite whatever? [Yeah Luke doesn't really know how medical things work, please advise.] If we really want Jack to do the test we'll get Jack to do the test later.

And anyway I don't think any of us actually know blood magic? Except for you and maybe Dorian who's not getting his hands on the blood so what're you scared of?

I'm not scared, I'm just saying this seems totally useless and sketchy! I still don't get how Jack getting everyone's blood is gonna help find an alien.

You just gotta trust me that this'll work. We're not going to do anything weird with it, Jack and Jason know what they're doing. If it turns out to be useless, you can yell at me later.

[Not that Clover isn't pretty much always grumpy whenever she has the energy to actually emote but there's nothing like preparing for imminent death to intensify a bad mood!!]

Pointless... [She's muttering while stashing away lollipops but she isn't actually going to kick up a fuss when her turn comes.]

[SHE CAN'T HELP IT??? and usually this kind of shit just seems condescending and makes her mad but her answer comes instantly, firm and full of conviction:]
