When you awaken, you will find the ship restored to its previous state, all areas interfered with during the murder looking mostly the same as they did before. It seems you have more exploring to do. The robot in the cafeteria has prepared another breakfast of various foods. Right. We know the Cradle Project wasn't meant to be a killing game on our ship, but that doesn't mean it wasn't meant to be on Nuwa. Maybe those are the only ones who've been on board. We don't have enough information about the ship itself. [He raises an eyebrow.] You're asking a lot of good questions though. [Surprisingly.]

Nothing about this makes sense. She admitted to lying... why? Our survival? There was a bigger chance of someone here killing and us surviving if we all thought it was the only way for our specific hostage to live. The info we've got about this entire project implied that it went through a lot of trouble to get off the ground, but now suddenly we've got two ships running it?
[and, because not all his questions are winners and he's not all there]
How did my father even make it eleven weeks? He's a fashion designer!

You think maybe it's possible somebody's messing with her programming and she overrode their commands? AIs can do that right? [He's thinking small scale, but whatever.] I don't have answers to those either and I have a feeling Alice doesn't either. There's something about this project that has a lot of big holes in its logic and we don't even know where to start.
[But he blinks for a second.] ...I don't know if that's impressive or really scary. [But he shakes his head.] Who knows, maybe he has people protecting him for some reason.

[the bit about his dad having people protect him just kind of makes Adrien stare blankly]
...Maybe if he paid them?
[ADRIEN CAN'T EVEN BELIEVE HIS FATHER WOULD HAVE HUMAN BEINGS WILLING TO PROTECT HIM OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL]

[But he's just. Staring.] ...do you think they have money in space? It can't be any weirder than bringing somebody like--[...Todomatsu. So he's not going to finish that sentence excuse him.]--some of the people we have here.

Yeah, but they're... likeable.
[adrien is going to regret this entire discussion on his next attempt to defend his father, probably]

You already know what I think of your dad, kid. That's not that reassuring. [Who knows? Maybe they'll kill Mr. Agreste.] Guess we'll learn soon enough. It'd be weird if Alice didn't update us again after this now that we know there's a second ship.

This... sucks. Two's too many.
[i think some three legged kitty might've reached his helpfulness limit, woops]
