friday (?) survivors Friday careens around the corner soon enough, much like every day preceding it does. This morning, however, is greeted with a surprise — your datapad is making a strange noise. Perhaps it's buried under the duvet you're sleeping under, or at the far corner of the room, maybe you're the forgetful type and left it in the bathroom, or maybe, just maybe, you have it right next to your ear when a song blasts at full volume. Upon inspection, you'll find the accompanying video is playing as well. The song seems to loop, this time being overlain with a voice recanting the history of the band in a steady, robotic tone. Was it the AI? You probably didn't care, and, instead, decided to leave your room. Once you do, the song finally ends. You are free. You may feel rather manipulated right now, or you are just satiated to be away from the music. Either way, it's clear your day has only just begun. ENTER COMMAND_

[Okay look he's literally across the hall, so after stuffing a couple of pens in his pocket for his own use he walks out and--

--that sure is a Jessie covered in blood and looking distinctively upset. So he raises an eyebrow first.

Not too hard to figure out what happened here. (That announcement over the datapad also helped.)]

So it's true. Who is it?

It's that girl with the blue suit. I'd never spoken to her, but her name is Callisto.

[She exhales; it's an angry, resigned sort of sigh.]

[chiseler]

Never spoke with her either. [He has zero idea who she really is.] Any clues how it happened? Pretty weird place to find a body.

We're hoping we can find a doctor to tell us that. But it wasn't pretty. At all.

[Obviously.]

Are you going in, too? They just removed the body.

[chiseler]

Most deaths aren't. [Luke don't be so nonchalant about it. But he tilts his head curiously as he examines the doorway just behind her.] Can't hurt to look around. Take it you were already there...anything I should keep in mind?

There's not much to say. I'm a very talented woman, but I'm not detective. My job was to keep people from leaving fingerprints and footprints everywhere, and I've done that.

[chiseler]

Then job well done. I'll take a look myself. [And he sure will take his leave to go check out the corpse room.]
