friday (?) survivors Friday careens around the corner soon enough, much like every day preceding it does. This morning, however, is greeted with a surprise — your datapad is making a strange noise. Perhaps it's buried under the duvet you're sleeping under, or at the far corner of the room, maybe you're the forgetful type and left it in the bathroom, or maybe, just maybe, you have it right next to your ear when a song blasts at full volume. Upon inspection, you'll find the accompanying video is playing as well. The song seems to loop, this time being overlain with a voice recanting the history of the band in a steady, robotic tone. Was it the AI? You probably didn't care, and, instead, decided to leave your room. Once you do, the song finally ends. You are free. You may feel rather manipulated right now, or you are just satiated to be away from the music. Either way, it's clear your day has only just begun. ENTER COMMAND_

[ Here's Allen joining Adam at the viewport with a muffin that's already practically gone. Food is love, food is life, okay... ]

Oh -- good morning, neighbor. Searching for the reason we received such a nice morning present today?

Yeah, I was checking to see if they left us any presents. [ He turns around to find Allen, looking at his muffin as if he's just realized that he can go get breakfast if he wants. Somehow, eating doesn't feel right at the moment. ]

Do you think it's happened? [ The game, the murder. ]

[ god Adam he's trying to eat!! at least wait until after he's done to ask that stuff

Allen grimaces and (sadly) sets his muffin aside on one of the couches. Then he gets on his hands and knees and peeks underneath. Anything here? ]

I hope not, but the so-called rules did say one murder a week. And... we only hear those strange songs when something important [ and awful ] is happening. Have you found anything so far?

[ Adam watches Allen start to look under a couch in confusion... Would something really be hidden down there? He'll just let him do that and play with the control panel to make sure it's still working. ]

No, this room seems pretty clean. If someone died in here... it would probably smell, right? [ Hopefully? Hopefully not? ]

[ Well Kazuma likes to sleep in if he can, but that's not really an option when the tablets start blaring music. He's going to stumble into the viewport looking pretty sleepy— his hair is more disheveled than usual too.]

Ah hello Adam and... [ Stares at Allen on the floor before he figures out it's him.] Allen. Did you lose something?

[deformity]

[ He's not going to hit his head against the couch -- augh, ouch. ]

Not me. But what if the murderer lost something? Er, under these couches. [ He sounds a bit dubious even as he says it. ] And um, also assuming that's what's going on. It doesn't hurt to make sure, right?

[antietam]

[ Adam decides to not help Allen in his explanation. ] No, you're right. If I murdered someone, I wouldn't leave the evidence in plain view. [ A pause. ]

Of course, I wouldn't murder someone in the first place. [ Can all three of them be innocent? That would be nice. ]

A murderer? [ Still half-asleep but then he realizes what the song on the tablet could actually mean.]

Ah- I don't know what to do in a situation like this. [ Just going to the look to the other two for guidance. Oh he should probably the state obvious too.]

I didn't kill anyone either, I couldn't imagine doing such a thing.
