monday - thursday (23) survivors Sunday's trial was only mere hours ago, but you find yourself faced with a new week on The Pygmalion. [ Thank God it's unloaded or Adam would have casually backed up. ] Yeah. The AI doesn't have hands.

Think it was an alien? They don't really need guns, so...

You think an alien wouldn't need a turret or poison either, but...

[ Machias mutters, his tone sounding fairly... cold, for a moment. Then he lowers the gun, using his free hand to pat to the shoulder pouch containing his shells. ]

Even if they did steal the gun, there's one problem. I have the shells right here. [ He shakes his head, picking the gun back up. It's still pointing downwards, just because. ] I guess that wouldn't stop them from using it as a blunt weapon, but point is: they would have had to target me or find a way to steal them if they wanted to shoot someone with it.

[ He does make a good point. ] Alright, so they didn't plan this out too well. [ Would be his hope. ]

Or they're... messing with you. [ It's not impossible, but it doesn't seem right. ] Maybe trying to tell you something?

[ Letting loose a loud sigh. He knows Adam has a point, but it's not something he necessarily wants to admit. Or recall. ]

Then again. [ There's a frown as he glances at his gun, letting the conversation pause for a brief moment. ] ... I can't believe it's been little more than a month now.

[ Adam laughs and shakes his head. ] It has been a while. Whoever put it there could, possibly, be dead. Maybe that's why you found it.

[ Somehow he doesn't believe that entirely. ] I mean, it could be a sign. A hint that there's someone who knows about these rooms before the whole ship does.
