the pygmalion. . . ONLINE CAPTAIN'S LOG: WEEK (8)

monday - thursday (23) survivors Sunday's trial was only mere hours ago, but you find yourself faced with a new week on The Pygmalion. When you awaken, you will find the ship restored to its previous state, all areas interfered with during the murder looking mostly the same as they did before. Along with this, it appears there are new areas opened on the ship. It seems you have more exploring to do. The robot in the cafeteria has prepared another breakfast of various foods. [Because you're either easily amused on this ship, or perpetually upset. Might as well be stupid teen nerds when they can?? Or something like that. He's laughing at the destruction when Fiona comes in, but may or may not laugh a teeny bit less now that he's been reminded of the maiming. Whatever!!!!]

Well, you know me. My cheery disposition's indestructible. 'Sides— I got a pretty cool sword out of it. I think Adelina could attest to that.

[a smile as she looks to fiona, turning off the lightsaber for a moment to greet her.]

It is rather incredible. Though certainly not worth...

[him getting maimed. yikes.]

[casually offers jason's sword without asking him, nbd]

Guess that's true. The price of cool is a hefty one.

[ really, though, his eye probably wasn't that heavy. when the lightsaber is offered to her, though, her brow noticeably furrows. she looks at it a little funny, making a long 'uhh' noise. ]

Well.. I guess it couldn't hurt? I didn't get a special prize for our fun little adventure. So sure.

[ she'll take it gingerly and push the button, watching as the blade extends from it. it really was pretty damn cool. something zer0 would use probably. and if zer0 uses something it's definitely super cool. she waved it around for a moment, a little unsure of what to do with it. ]

Uh.. okay. Batter up?

It could hurt you, but let's try to avoid that. I'd rather not be an accomplice in an accidental murder.

He's not even going to try to correct her stance. It's too much work? But he is going to print another cube from the machine for her, taking a second to make sure she has a firm grip on the lightsaber.]

[And here comes the block. It's more of a gentle throw than what he was doing with Adelina, but please don't cut off your other index finger??? That would be bad.]

[gives jason a look! and then watches, transfixed, to see whether fiona will hit the cube or not. this is so cool. it's almost cooler to watch someone else use it. please appreciate how excited she looks.]

[ fiona just scoffs in jason's general direction. she's not typically too effected by jeering, and it's jason. they're blood siblings now or something. so it doesn't bother her, really, it's like a shitty little brother poking fun at you.

either way, she does her best to get in a stance. some sort of stance, at least. she's not used to using swords at all, so the only frame of reference she has is baseball and zer0, and, well, she definitely isn't going to be able to mimic zer0 at all.

so when the cube comes towards her, she swings at the cube. hard. so hard that it splits it right down the middle. she would cheer, but she loses her grip in her shock and the lightsaber heads straight for a sad robot husk, skewering through it like a robo-kebab. ]

Well. I did it?

[He's bracing himself when the lightsaber slips out of her hand and goes flying. Luckily, it doesn't impale any of the organic beings in the room. Not so luckily, they're all now accomplices in the murder of a poor, innocent robot.

He's staring at the sight, giving her a low whistle.]

You sure did. Let's hope that doesn't count as destruction of the ship's infrastructure, huh?

[bloodbiter]

[she pauses for a long moment, staring at the robot that now has a lightsaber sticking out of it. she steps forward to turn the weapon off, glancing towards fiona with, slightly amused despite herself.]

You did. It certainly could have gone more poorly. [thanks for not accidentally killing her or jason, fiona.] Still, if you would ever like someone to show you how to use a sword correctly...
