[ Fiona has no idea what to do for a moment, but after she starts laughing.. well, fiona can only assume she's lost it. nevertheless, elizabeth is her friend, and she's running to her side, using her sleeve to wipe at her nose. ]

You can't do this, Elizabeth, not now. Don't go out like this. We're all here, okay? Are you listening to me?!

[brooches]

[ You shouldn't have done that. ]

You know? What is it with people and their sad, pathetic little trust in others? Bad move.

[ With a roaring rip, Elizabeth's arm splits open to reveal a blade-like appendage and Fiona takes a hash slice right across the torso. Not enough to impale her, but enough to cause harm. Lots of blood, guys. ]

[hatslinger]

[ She feels it immediately. Right above her stomach, a lateral cut — she feels the blood seeping out so quickly, like a waterfall, and she doesn't even have the opportunity to parse what's going on. She's grabbing at the wound, as if she's trying to keep the blood inside, and she pulls out her derringer from her sleeve. she points it.. then lowers it. she's too weak to do anything.

through strained, forced breaths, she manages to mutter a few words. ]

What.. the fuck.. did you do to Elizabeth? She didn't deserve this. She..

[ suddenly she feels like she's opened the gash up a little more in her effort. she can't keep herself up anymore, and she falls down to her haunches, then she collapses entirely. her hat rolls away, tragically. ]

[brooches]

[ Trust me, if Liz knew what she did, she would be losing it. The creature completely pushes Fiona away like trash. Utter trash. ]

[tevinteriscoming]

[Oh, good. Then maybe she won't notice Dorian rushing in to try to get to Fiona. He hasn't cast anything, yet, since he has a limited number of spells, but he's ready to blast this thing with some fire if she comes at them. Otherwise, once he gets them, bending down to try to see if he can help her up.]

[hatslinger]

[ fiona grunts instinctively when dorian lifts her. some more blood lightly seeps out from her opened wound. her shirt's been slashed open, so it trickles down even farther down her torso. she seems halfway lucid, but the shock from the wound's too much for her to regain consciousness at the moment. ]

[brooches]

[ Elizabeth isn't going to play with her food. She's quick, her form twitchy and crawling onto the table in an attempt to get to her prey. If you want, you can blast her ass when she leaps with her newly forming elongated blade-fingers. They're coming right at you, Dorian and Fiona. ]

[tevinteriscoming]

[Well, fuck. Okay. He's halfway to lifting Fiona, so it takes him a few seconds to drop her ass (sorry) and fumble for his staff before blasting her with fire. Nothing too complicated; he doesn't want to blow through his mana so quickly.]

A little help, Bull?

[He's probably not busy.]

Mages should stay in the back, you know.

[He has heard the mage cry for help so CHARGING IN to make it better. He does that. It's his job as Tank of the party. If Eviliz hasn't backed off enough, he's taking a damn good swing of the axe to make sure she keeps her distance - before picking up Fiona easily and starting to move her out of harm's way. Or at least, to a less dangerous side of the room.]
