If a participant checks their datapad, they will see the the victim and suspect chosen by majority's pictures displayed. If they attempt to scroll, they will see a list of characters and their votes in alphabetical order.

[ What, with Jack sitting next to you? No way. Rhys absolutely will get woken up as Jack grabs his shoulder to start waking him up as soon as the show starts. What have they been doing the whole trial? Dicking around and talking about socks probably. But this? Jack is definitely interested in this. ]

Rhys— Rhys, oh man, cupcake, you gotta- You gotta see this!

[ He gets shaken more vigorously if he's not already awake at this point. ]

Come on dumbass, wake up already.

he's definitely awake and being shaken despite the fact that he's just sitting right here, chill out jack. he looks between jack and the video?? thing?? and just -- ]

Uhhh, why are we watching a vault monster kill some girl?

[ it has more than enough eyes to be a vault monster, after all. ]

[ This is exciting, Rhys? what the hell. Be excited with him. He does kind of wear an expression like he's surprised that Rhys isn't really as into this as he is, but at what he says, he goes back to watching for a moment. ]

[ He shrugs. ]

I mean kinda? It's got that kinda crazy end of the world monster feel, but I don't know about vault monster.

[ Jack hums thoughtfully for a moment. ]

More, I dunno? Tentacles? Definitely has the weird, freaky vibe down though.

[ a lot of murder pails in comparison after handsome jack tries to dramatically murder you himself.

That's even worse! I hate giant apocalypse monsters. They're so, so annoying! It's like oh hey, you can't kill them. They'll only kill you. Then they murder your friends and loved ones and it, uh, it sucks? What the hell.

[ rhys, you talk like a man with experience. something does occur to him though and he looks up, tugging at jack's sleeve and leaning over towards him. they're gossiping. this is gossip. ]

Heeey, when you die, do you think you'll be killed like that too? With the whole wings and stuff.

[ why does he keep sounding so sure jack's going to get killed here? why is that a thing rhys keeps doing?

Okay, I can't disagree, but? Just how many giant apocalypse monsters have you met, kiddo?

[ The experience in that sentiment isn't lost on Jack, though it's largely because of the exasperated gesture, actually. If Rhys had just let it go without that, Jack would have taken it as extreme sarcasm... This is a fair assumption from Rhys.

Though for the rest, there's just a dismissive sound at the very thought. Of course. ]

And what do you mean "when"? I'm not dying. So it's completely irrelevant. [ a pause, and then: ] But for the theoretical? Jesus, I hope not. It's gotta be way more stylish than that.
