monday (41) survivors You stand with your friends, your family, and your enemies, shoulder to shoulder. Your third option is one of the Cradles, a machine created to bring you bliss, and permit you the dream you've always wanted, without the knowledge it's a virtual reality. Your fourth option lays in front of you, on the bridge of the Nuwa, and it's a tear in the fabric of reality, but you can see your home waiting for you. It looks idyllic, perfect, just the way you'd want it to be. Your fifth option lies in another tear - the tear of a friend. Perhaps their heart is kind enough to take in a stray. [ She's one of the only people Kazuma will seek out directly, when everything's all settled. He's with another man now, who's not quite a mirror image given how he holds himself and his clothes, but the similarities are close enough.]

Miss Grell. I wanted to say goodbye but...I don't think that word is really fitting. [ He wanted it to be a "see you again eventually", even though he knew such a thing wasn't really possible.]

[the famous Terumi. he at least gets a polite nod of acknowledgement before she turns her attention to the words Kazuma has said. despite her earlier talk about fighting the man, right now, it seems to ill fit the scene. when they were all in higher spirits, perhaps.]

[as she speaks, she's plucking a certain letter from the pile and pressing it into his hands. or well, a letter on top of letters.]

[ Terumi doesn't do polite at all, but he at least gives her a quick nod before standing off to the side to let Kazuma and Grell talk.]

I want to say I'll see you again at some point, but I know that would be stupid. [ There's more he was going to say, but he cuts himself off at the sight of the letters. He's nothing short of incredulous at seeing the letters again, and more than that an extra one on top of it all.]

Y-you really did keep them safe... [ Funny how there's a weird feeling in his chest, a feeling he thought he lost the ability to feel quite a bit ago.]
