WEEK 14 - I have been — and always shall be — your friend.
| the pygmalion. . . ONLINE ![]() CAPTAIN'S LOG: WEEK (14) |
monday (41) survivors ![]() You stand with your friends, your family, and your enemies, shoulder to shoulder. The deceased and the living are the same, now, and you've been reunited with the person trapped on the opposite ship. You have four choices. Four options laid before you - five, if you're smart about it. You have the option of staying on the Nuwa, a ship pre-programmed to land somewhere safe, soon, and then it's your's for the taking. You have the option of entering the Nuwa's virtual reality and crafting your own perfect world, but knowing it was a perfect world created by your own hand. Your third option is one of the Cradles, a machine created to bring you bliss, and permit you the dream you've always wanted, without the knowledge it's a virtual reality. Your fourth option lays in front of you, on the bridge of the Nuwa, and it's a tear in the fabric of reality, but you can see your home waiting for you. It looks idyllic, perfect, just the way you'd want it to be. Your fifth option lies in another tear - the tear of a friend. Perhaps their heart is kind enough to take in a stray. The choice is your's to make, and whatever you choose, know that, for the first time in fourteen weeks, it's your choice. taken list profiles private conversations setting rulebook ENTER COMMAND_ |

{ Arumat's done well with living his life on the edge... well, up until he came here anyway. And even then it sort of... worked out? }
...Hmph, it sounds like one of those undeveloped planets. Yet, it's a challenge enough that I can consider taking a visit.
{ There's a lengthy pause as he closes his eyes. If this body is still his, then that should mean his condition remained the same as it was back then. Limited time to spend doing what he may on his short lifespan. If he passed away... and that being it for real this time, where would he want to be? }
I'm looking for something new. Somewhere that could prove a challenge in one sense, and all the same be one where I could see myself going if I feel the urge to put up with someone's nonsense.

It is pretty underdeveloped considering some of the things I've seen here. Maybe you can push it along?
[ He considers it. ] My—Ronan can take whatever he wants out of his head. So if you decide to visit and you need documents or something, we can give that to you. All you have to do is blend in.

If I feel like it.
{ Regarding the technology. It'd be nice to be around trees again in a natural habitat, honestly. }
... Then, that makes it a simple, easy choice in my opinion. I'll join along for a visit, and we'll see how that goes.

Really? It's boring but—I'll give you a tour of the town. I think Opal would like you too, she's my kid. [ He gives Arumat a salute!! ]

Out of habit the Eldarian straightens his posture to rimrod and returns the salute, although there's a faint smile. }
Before we arrive there maybe you can tell me more about your town and your child. 'Hype' everything up, even if the town's plain.
