WEEK 13

the pygmalion. . .

ONLINE

CAPTAIN'S LOG:
WEEK (13)

monday - thursday

(10) survivors

Sunday's trial was only mere hours ago, but you find yourself faced with a new week on The Pygmalion. When you awaken, you will find that the ship is still in disarray; there is no robot prepared breakfast, nor has any of the damage been repaired. The ship bears power in the rooms you have decided should have power, though the lights are dim. Without Alice, you are all on your own. The ominous pressure of the Queen Mother still looms, though you no longer feel Her presence.

"Anything" like roadblocks the Queen would set up? If you were a unknowable horror beast, how would you stop a spaceship?

I'd send other smaller monsters to distract and wear down my opponents, first of all. The best way to take out an army is to pick off most of its support in early battles. You don't think she'd just stop with her four kids, do you, Grell?

Of course not. That's because they're her children.

[she folds her arms, and while she doesn't want to think of a ghastly being as bearing great love for their parasitic vermin children, it was likely so.]

So, smaller beings to weaken us. That's easily solved if we have something like a vanguard to draw their ire. Anyone that can endure through them - I know I could, if the assault's physical. Could you?

[injuries don't matter. people like the mages needed to conserve their strength for the Queen herself.]

I probably could. I've fought bigger things before...it's just a matter of figuring out who else we can send in as a vanguard and who's leading them.

I'm sure we can get some recruits from our deceased if by some miracle they're able to come into combat with us.

[if not...this plan sounds more insane by the minute.]
