The Nuwa has the programming that'll allow you to permanently enter your physical bodies again. But to do that, you need to get to us first - and to do that, you'll need to get through the Queen.

And even after that, there's no guarantee. Rewinding time and returning you to a non-doomed universe is beyond my abilities - you'll need to figure out amongst yourselves how that would work.
