WEEK 13
| the pygmalion. . . ONLINE ![]() CAPTAIN'S LOG: WEEK (13) |
monday - thursday (10) survivors ![]() Sunday's trial was only mere hours ago, but you find yourself faced with a new week on The Pygmalion. When you awaken, you will find that the ship is still in disarray; there is no robot prepared breakfast, nor has any of the damage been repaired. The ship bears power in the rooms you have decided should have power, though the lights are dim. Without Alice, you are all on your own. The ominous pressure of the Queen Mother still looms, though you no longer feel Her presence. taken list profiles private conversations setting rulebook ENTER COMMAND_ |

Well, that's up to you. The ten survivors are the only ones who can physically impact reality. If you want to ignore the clamor of the dead, go right ahead.

[His tone is careful and clipped so far, but a little anger slips in behind it now.]
Care to explain the alien hunting strategy behind what you did to the Kampff? How precisely did it help us with the aliens to give him Krem's eye, even though Krem is on your fucking ship? And what of your promises? He killed just as he was told to, when she promised to save our world from Corypheus. I see you're renegging on that one now, so I'd really like to know how all that helped us kill the souvlaki.
I hope you see how this may all be relevant to the extent I care to believe anything you say about our options.

Listen, I didn't write the program. You got a problem with it? Take it to Perkins. Tell her to shove it up her ass from me while you're at it, because being forced to run this piece of shit has been a pain in the ass from day one, and I've got just as many issues with it as you do. I don't know why she programmed in the Kampff. If I had to take a guess, it was because she thought you'd all be too kindhearted to play along with the game without a little push. Shows how much she knew, huh?
[She blows out a cloud of smoke langorously.] You're free to not believe me. Do you really think I care? The Nuwa and my charges are safe. Some of them actually want to see the people on the Pygmalion again, which is the only reason I'm bothering to talk to any of you at all. What you do next is out of my hands.

And will the Nuwa be given the same "choice"? And what about her? [The Queen.] You don't really believe we'll be letting her live, do you? After what she's done?

Trust me, no one wants to see that bitch dead more than I do. But the ten of you together could barely take out her henchman. This isn't a demon you're going up against, Dorian Pavus, nor even a so-called god. This is a galaxy.

At any rate, I won't insist anyone join me, but I would really like to kill that thing. As a suggestion.

I really would like you to kill that thing too. But even at your full power, you won't do so much as a dent to her.
