I just don't see why this is necessary. It's stupid, and unnecessarily dangerous too. What's the point of all of the effort sticking together if we're then going to do something so reckless?

[In other words, he's just sulking like a big baby.]

Recklessness has occasionally worked to our benefit, you know.

It doesn't mean we can't then resplit into our groups. With everyone here, we would notice if someone slipped out.

The more you resist, the more suspicious you'll look to them, like you have a reason you don't want it to happen. Let them run their test, and it will confirm in their minds you're not possessed. They won't do anything more than that.
