[Presumably? He's a spirit, he's fine. The point is, it isn't particularly critical right now. He doesn't demand coherence, just consciousness. He will really be quite upset if they lose three teenagers tonight. Working to keep his voice calm and matter of fact, even though his hands are shaking a little; whether it's from stress or just fatigue from his magic, he can't be sure.

He thumbs through Grell's notebook until he finds the page on tourniquets. Fortunately, he is a quick study, and well versed in anatomy, being a specialist in death in his own way. It isn't difficult to grasp what he needs to do. He ties it tightly around the arm above the wound, using his staff to pull it tightly enough.]

[UGH, FINE, I GUESS HE WON'T SLOWLY BLEED OUT. though you'd think he'd be in shock enough to not wince and try to pull his arm-- what's left of it-- away when the tourniquet is being put in place, but apparently he has nerves that haven't been cut off left]
